Parties and acceptance
These terms apply between Wiser and the individual or organization using the service. By creating an account or accessing the service, you accept these terms.
Service description
Wiser is a cloud-based software service for technical service, insurance and field operations, offering work order tracking, business account and device management, entitlement and policy tracking, reporting and integrations.
Account and user responsibilities
Users provide accurate, current and complete information, keep account credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized use. Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, threaten system security or disrupt the service.
Customer data and intellectual property
Data entered into the service belongs to the user. Software, brand and content rights relating to the service belong to Wiser or its licensors; these rights are not transferred to the user.
Fees and subscriptions
Plan, pricing, payment, renewal and cancellation terms are specified in the relevant offer, agreement or subscription plan.
Service level
The service is provided as is. Uninterrupted and error-free operation is not guaranteed, but reasonable efforts are made to maintain continuity. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wiser is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Termination
Wiser may suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are breached. Users may end subscriptions under the applicable conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent courts and authorities are determined under applicable legislation.
